By proceeding with your purchase and subscribing to G-Ark (https://g-ark.friggp2c.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription Services

G-Ark is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Frigg Business Solutions. Your subscription grants you access to the features and services included in the selected plan for the duration of your subscription period.

2. Billing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance for the billing period selected during checkout.
  • All prices displayed on the checkout page are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Access to the subscribed services will be activated upon successful payment confirmation.

3. Subscription Term and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are valid only for the subscription period selected during checkout.
  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew.
  • At the end of the subscription period, access to paid features may be limited or suspended unless you purchase a new subscription.
  • Frigg Business Solutions may send reminders before your subscription expires; however, it is your responsibility to renew your subscription if you wish to continue using the service.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may discontinue using G-Ark at any time.
  • Subscription fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where refunds are required under applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by Frigg Business Solutions.
  • No partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use G-Ark only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or other users’ accounts or data;
  • Use the platform in any manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs its operation;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse any part of the service except as permitted by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of G-Ark is subject to our Privacy Policy and data handling practices. While Frigg Business Solutions implements reasonable administrative, technical, and security measures to protect customer data, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

7. Service Availability

Frigg Business Solutions strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that G-Ark will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.

8. Changes to Services and Pricing

Frigg Business Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any features of G-Ark and to revise subscription pricing at its discretion. Any changes to pricing will apply only to future purchases or renewals and will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frigg Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, G-Ark.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of G-Ark shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “Subscribe,” “Pay Now,” or completing the checkout process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies of Frigg Business Solutions.
