Position Overview / Job Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding and Implementation of CMMI DEV 2.0 / V1.3 processes
  2. Should have a minimum experience of 2-4 Years as a Quality Analyst.
  3. Should have good implementation experience in parameters like CMMI (InfoSec).
  4. We are looking for a resource with a good understanding of Information Security, its implementation, and auditing.
  5. Reviewing technical and business operational processes of clients
  6. The resource will be responsible for testing policies, procedures, and implementation evidence.
  7. The resource is expected to have good understanding of scoring metrics.
  8. Should be adaptive and willing to work on multiple types of testing/auditing assignments.
  9. Having knowledge of Cyber Security is an added advantage
  10. Should be able to drive BCP & Incidence Management across the organization
  11. Well-versed in understanding, defining, and validating process requirements and controls
  12. Must take full responsibility for their work and should think outside the box to suggest process improvements.
  13. The resource is expected to have the ability to work in a very challenging environment [SLAs and Metrics tracked and reported].
  14. Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project results and share learning.
  15. Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff).
  16. Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
  17. Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding self and team accountable for results.
  18. Must be able to prioritize tasks and report on progress. A prompt learner with the ability to resolve issues and report on self-performance.
  19. Must work from the office in Hyderabad.
  20. Should be willing and able to join immediately or within one month’s time.
