Position Overview / Job Responsibilities

• We are looking for a resource with a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management.
• A resource who will be assigned independent project modules, which will start from scratch with complete responsibility of code and final delivery.
• A resource who shall write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• A resource who will be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
• A resource who has experience in PHP-based development with Laravel experience, and Git repository. Must have experience in MySQL, Linux, basic Node.js, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, JSON, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, HTML5, and Bootstrap.
• A resource must have experience of working on MVC frameworks like Laravel/Zend but mainly into Laravel, with strong knowledge of OOPs.
• A resource who should have working experience in either of the following ReactJS / NodeJS / VueJS.
• A resource who has experience in Web 2.0 Technologies and core PHP [5.6 ] Framework, with strong experience in implementing PHP code quality tools like code sniffer, etc.
• Understanding of Web standards cross-platform, cross-browser issues.
• A resource who should have an understanding of APIs, web services from both third parties, and creating own web services in JAVA and PHP.
• A resource who shall be involved in software development using the web and mobile technologies like MySQL, Node.js, MongoDB, React, Angular, Ionic, AWS, etc. with good knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting.
• A resource who can define and maintain the central databases, work on the integration of data storage solutions and database structure, and must have hands-on experience on the Jira tool.
• A resource who shall be expected to design and build software, application with least latency and ensure high performing systems and applications which are designed and implemented to have the highest levels of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.
• A resource who shall be responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users and integrate data from various back-end services and databases, with a primary focus on the development of software/tool/application.
• A resource who can demonstrate experience of migrating modules from older versions of PHP to new versions and has good knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting.
• A resource who must have a strong implementation understanding of messaging tools like Rabbit MQ etc.
• A resource who must have strong experience in implementing various design patterns, and have experience in working with Mongo DB.
• A resource having a strong enterprise software architecture understanding.
• A resource with fundamental knowledge of Client-Server Communication and Architecture.
• A resource with experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc.)
• A resource who shall be responsible to maintain, follow and implement security and data protection requirements.
• A resource who can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• A resource who is expected to regularly communicate with business stakeholders and executive management teams.

Build and hosting experience:

• Must have a strong DevOps experience
• Must have very strong troubleshooting and integration experience with Maven and Apache
• Exhibited CD/CD experience with Jenkins tools and plugins.
• Strong experience in auto-deployment, deployment testing, and overall automated pipeline management.
• Should know about Docker and Kubernetes
• Must have a strong experience with configuration management tools like JIRA and confluence
• Must have strong experience with source control tools like Bit bucket and GIT.

Testing:

• Must have strong advanced Unit Testing experience
• Must be well versed with creating Junit test cases
• Must be very strong with TDD and BDD development approaches
• Must have the ability to create an automated test suite and Must have a strong experience in Selenium
• Able to handle scalability issues and work towards non-functional requirements.

SQE:

• Must possess strong experience in handling code quality and recommended best practices within software development.
• Must have a strong experience in integrating SQE tools like Sonar/CAST or STR101
• Must have demonstrated understanding of fixing Sonar/CAST defects quickly and ability to communicate best practices.

Agile experience

• Must have strong working experience in agile.
• Must have participated in SCRUM and must be well aware of the scrum ceremonies.
• Must be able to self-manage pipeline and should be well prepared to meet challenging timelines.
• Must have strong JIRA understanding and should be able to track his progress and report performance via JIRA.
• should have good exposure to collaboration software like confluence and MS Teams.
• should have a good understanding of Kanban and WBS.
• Must have good experience in estimation and should have followed some robust agile estimation models.

Cloud infrastructure:

• Must have a strong understanding of Cloud-native architecture.
• Must have experience with AWS
• Must understand Cloud foundry for the developer.
• AWS application development.

Soft skills

• Must take full responsibility for their work and should think outside the box.

• Ability to work in a very challenging environment [SLAs and Metrics tracked and reported]
• A prompt learner with rapid ability to resolve issues, and report on self-performance

• Must have direct client handling experience either from offshore or direct onsite experience
• Preferably US Healthcare experience.
