Position Overview / Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a resource with a good understanding of Human Resource Department, Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Training, social media platform handling, etc. Where the resource will be responsible for and expected to:
- Be proactive in
- Create and maintain Resume database in line with openings in organization
- Identifying right fit resources
- Perform first level assessment to filter/shortlist candidates for next round of interview
- Prepare and release job offer letter(s) to approved candidates by management team
- Manage and update employee/consultant database/file
- Shall be responsible for ensure 100% compliance to HR requirements, including onboarding requirements
- Communicate with employee/consultant and internal and external stakeholders
- Capturing and updating Attendance and Leave trackers and prepare a dashboard at least on a fortnightly (15 days) basis
- Prepare “Work Experience Letter” and share with exited employees/consultants
- Work on creating employee engagement programs/plans
- Update operations feedback tracker
- Managing our official social media pages

- Increase the number of contacts/connects from Compliance domain, preferable from US Healthcare, GDPR, PCI DSS, IT Security, Auditing Domain, etc. on Frigg’s LinkedIn profile
- Share the request to follow our official page to senior people in compliance domain

- Documenting and Implementing Policies and Procedures, and Code of Conduct
- Follow-up with resources/consultants who are to register their daily work timing in customer application/time tracking tool
- Reviewing the HR department’s operations, bring out ideas to improve over the time
- Working closely with Legal team and if required, interact with local government agencies
- Must take full responsibility for the allocated work and should think outside the box
